Personnel Committee Overview

The Personnel Committee is charged with drafting and revising personnel policies for board approval, reviewing job descriptions and establishing employee salary structure, the annual review of staff salaries and benefits package to be included in the budget for approval by the Board and does periodic reviews of General Manager’s goals and performance. The Board’s Personnel Committee may also act as a grievance board to resolve employee complaints.
