Board Standing Committees

The following committees were created to facilitate the Board's work in a structured and efficient manner. Standing committees are governed by the Board of Trustees

Executive Committee

Meets Monthly on Wednesday (the week before the Board Meeting) and consists of the Board President and Vice-President.

Operations Committee 

Meets Quarterly (3rd Friday each Quarter - April, July, October, January)

Legal Committee

Meets as needed. Typically once or twice annually

Finance Committee

Meets Quarterly (1st Friday each Quarter - April, July, October, January)

Urbanization Committee

Meets Quarterly (3rd Wednesday end of each Quarter - March, June, September, December)

Personnel Committee

Meets Quarterly (April, July, October, January)
