Operations Committee Overview

The Operations Committee provides review, guidance, and oversight for District operations in order to suggest strategic business direction and coordinated business policy implementation.  The Committee also reviews field operations as it relates to District policy, has oversight on the implementation of the District’s Capital Improvement Plan and reviews capital equipment purchases as part of the annual budget.
