The Natomas Basin HCP was an ad-hoc Committee assigned by the Board President in 2016 for the single issue of making a recommendation to the Board on whether the District should join the Natomas Basin HCP. The Committee has been working with staff and our consultant team to gather information necessary to make a recommendation. It is anticipated a Board decision will be made in 2019 after which the Committee would be dissolved.
Reclamation District 1000 is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Reclamation District 1000
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
