The Operations Supervisor has supervision responsibility for personnel engaged in the maintenance, repair, construction, and operation of the District’s infrastructure.
Lead Flood Operations Specialists provide staff leadership, inspect, maintain, and repair levees, canals, and pump stations. This includes monitoring elements of the District’s flood control system to identify and report safety and levee stress issues.
Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance Specialists diagnose, repair, overhaul and maintain gasoline and diesel-powered light and heavy-duty vehicles, construction machinery, and other flood control/drainage and construction equipment in both field and shop environments.
