Reclamation District 1000 seeks statements of qualifications from experienced and qualified professional firms to conduct a comprehensive Compensation and Benefits Study.

The ideal consultant should have a proven track record in conducting total compensation studies within the public sector.

The study will encompass the following:
1. A thorough review of the District’s current compensation, inclusive of all benefits, to determine the appropriate market salary for each position surveyed.
2. An evaluation of the market value of the employee benefits package.
3. A detailed market analysis of the base and total compensation.

We encourage consulting firms to submit statements of qualifications that:
1. Conduct a salary study involving public and private employers offering similar services.
2. Develop recommendations for compensation policies that ensure competitiveness, reward employees, and maintain equity.

This RFQ is an invitation by RD1000 for firms to submit a statement of qualifications, which may be subject to subsequent discussion.
